For three days Artpolis has organized in Durrës the workshop “NGOs Capacity Building”, within the project “Co-construction of the Feminist Movement challenging the patriarchal mentality in society through art and culture”.

12 representatives of non-governmental organizations, of different profiles, on 20, 21, and 22 May were trained about:
• Networking capacity development
• Strategic planning
• Monitoring and evaluation

Kushtrim Shaipi was a lecturer on these three topics, simultaneously holding a proactive discussion with the participants throughout the workshop, and also after it.

This workshop also served for the networking of these NGOs, pledging mutual cooperation, that will be concretized in the next meeting in Prishtina.
