On the evening of March 8, 2021, the National Theater of Kosovo opened its doors to host the evening of poetry and music “Poetry for Power – Every day is March 8”.
“The quail fluttered in the water
quail, quail.
Get out of the water or never get out
quail, quail. ” (An old Albanian song)
The song “Quail” interpreted with such sensitivity by Qëndresa Kajtazi, delicately followed by the art troupe of Artpolis and masterfully executed by the artist Alzan Gashi, conquered the audience in the hall and the virtual one on Facebook, from the first minutes of the evening.
Beautiful, empowering poems lovingly selected by Ilire Zajmi inspired all present by offering beautiful emotions and feelings. The unique interpretation of poems by Meli Qena, the performances of activists Zhaklin Lekatari and Jehona Jahaj as well as performances by the artistic troupe gave greatness to the evening. Under the creative moderation of Zana Hoxha, some art lovers joined the stage from the audience, inspired by the positive atmosphere that reigned in the hall of the National Theater.
