One in three women on the planet experience violence or domestic abuse during their lifetime.

This means one billion women.

In February 2013, one billion women and men shook the earth by dancing to end violence against women and girls in an event called One Billion Rising.

This year, on February 14, 2014, at 5:00 PM, in the plaza near the Grand Hotel in Pristina, we invite women and men, girls and boys, to rise for one hour, using their power and imagination, to stand up for JUSTICE for women and girls who experience violence.

Artpolis has prepared an artistic performance titled “Justice for Women”featuring the following actors:

– Dafina Berisha 

Twenty young people, both boys and girls from various cities across Kosovo, have joined the One Billion Rising protest. We will all be part of this dance.
