On February 11, 2026, the staff of Artpolis held the organization’s annual activity planning meeting for 2026. This meeting marked an important step in laying the foundations for the upcoming program and ensuring strong coordination across all planned projects and activities.

During the discussions, the overall program of Artpolis activities was presented, with particular focus on the 14th edition of the FemArt Festival, scheduled to take place from September 25–30, 2026. Key activities, tentative dates, and the necessary preparations for each phase were identified, creating a clear and structured roadmap for their implementation.

Beyond scheduling and planning, the meeting also served as a forum to discuss ways to enhance the quality of activity organization in each project for 2026. Ideas and proposals were exchanged to improve internal workflows, ensuring that every activity is delivered to the highest professional and artistic standards.

A special focus was placed on the artistic program of FemArt 14, where concepts, works, and ideas shaping the festival program were reviewed. These discussions helped define the festival’s vision and ensure a coherent, innovative, and impactful artistic line.

The meeting also provided a space for idea exchange and collaboration among staff, strengthening Artpolis’ internal operations and ensuring more effective and professional delivery of programs and projects throughout 2026.
