Mimozë Musliu

Mimoze Musliu, was born on March 30, 1978, she is the only person in Kosovo so far, who has
managed to become an MSc in Pedagogy as a former student educated that was educated in
special school this school is dedicated to teach and educate children with intellectual and multiple
disabilities. She
completed her postgraduate studies in June 2015 and her basic studies in November 2009 at the
University of Pristina “Hasan Pristina”, at the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Pedagogy –
General Pedagogy.
From February 2012 she is an employee, with the job position Pedagogic n at the Resource
Center for Learning and Counseling “Përparimi” in Pristina and from October 2022 she is also
an employee, with the job position of Project Assistant at Artpolis- Art and Community.
She is the reviewer of the textbooks for the mathematics subject for the 3rd grade for the
2021/2022 school year.
From 2020 to 2021, she was part of the staff at the film festival “Art Without Limit International
Film Festival”.
From 2008 to 2011, she was an employee, with the position of Coordinator for Kosovo at GfK
Skopje – the headquarters in North Macedonia of the German Research Institute in Germany.

She was an external collaborator, in the capacity of the leader of the working group for focus
groups of local NGOs, in the research project for “Out of School Children” organized and
implemented by the Pedagogical Institute of Kosovo, she was also nominated by UNICEF, in the
capacity of external monitor in the project “Inclusion – Friendly School for All” of the NGO
TEMA (Active Teaching Trainers).
It is the realization of two individual research projects:

  1. The research project “Creative activities within elementary school students towards inclusive
    education” (author of the project handbook entitled: Information handbook for students’
    knowledge about the inclusiveness process).
  2. The research project “Approach to children with special needs in the learning process in
    elementary schools in Pristina”.
    From 2002 to 2006, she was part of the project (member of the Pristina group) “GLOBAL
    MOTION” of the international NGO GPDC (Global Perspective Development Centre).
