“Prapa Ekranit” was presented for the first time in Gjakova, offering a powerful and thought-provoking exploration of online violence and abuse. At “Hajdar Dushi” High School, students welcomed the performance with great enthusiasm and actively engaged in the discussion that followed.
Under the direction and dramaturgy of Zana Hoxha, and with facilitation by Berat Bajrami, the audience was not just a spectator. Through Forum Theatre, they challenged the ways in which the characters—Krenari, Dafina, Lea, Ardi, and Professor Drita—navigated the pressures of the digital world.
Actors Ismail Kasumi, Qendresa Kajtazi, Anisa Ismaili, Edlir Gashi, and Albana Gashi delivered a sensitive and authentic performance, reflecting the real challenges young people face in an era where online violence has profound consequences.
Organized by Artpolis, with the support of the Kosovo Women’s Network and the East West Management Institute, the performance became a space for dialogue and awareness—a meaningful invitation for the youth of Gjakova to recognize their responsibility and the power they have to effect change.
