The stage of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Pristina on the evening of March 25 was “occupied” by the actress Flaka Latifi, who performed the performance “Me and Me”.
“Me and Me”, a solo performance by Flaka, was a journey of love, a mix of emotions that revealed the human condition first and foremost through laughter, joy, suffering and anger.
Flaka’s stage play dominates in this performance inspired by Anton Chekhov’s “The Seagull”. She performs monologues and “dialogues” on stage completely alone, and through body movement Flaka brought different characters that communicated with the audience.
“Me and Me” was a human story about resilience to the challenges that hit us throughout life.
This activity was carried out within the Artpolis Fund for Feminist Art, which is supported by the Kosovo Foundation for Civil Society (KCSF) program ‘EJA Kosovë’, co-financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), Sweden and the Dukat Government of Luxembourg.
