On 25.04.2023, Artpolis hosted the team from the PeaceBuilding Fund regional project office.

The executive director Zana Hoxha, together with the staff and Artistic Troupe of Artpolis, presented the work, achievements, challenges and successes of the activities. Art, culture and especially theater were topics that were followed with great interest by the visitors, but also discussed with passion by the staff and artists, who explained their work in the field with young people, especially through the training Theater Based Education they empower and make the participants aware of human rights, gender equality, peace building, etc.

“During the day we are activists who work with young people from all communities living in Kosova, while in the evening we are professional actors who perform on theater stages. In both cases we are ourselves and we like it very much, because we achieve through art to reach out the deepest parts of the country. Art, specifically theater, enables young people to show and express what they find difficult in everyday life, and this influence on them makes us to feel proud of our work”, this is what the artists said while presenting their work.

The executive director Zana Hoxha told about the projects that will be realized during the year, for the FemArt Festival, the 11th edition that will be held on May 15-21, 2023. She also announced about the workshops and performances that will come as a collaboration with Dah Theater, where artists from Kosovo and Serbia will be involved.
