From August 26th to 28th, 2023, in Bogë, Peja, Artpolis staff and the Artistic Resident Troupe conducted a successful workshop titled “Empowering Organization: Navigating Work Overload & Fostering Staff Well-being, Theory of Change, and Effective Reporting”.

The workshop, facilitated by trainer Yllka Soba, delved into the challenges of work overload and strategies to improve staff and Troupe well-being. Participants engaged in physical exercises, meditation, and shared various breathing techniques and well-being practices.

Additionally, the three-day workshop explored the Theory of Change, clarifying the necessary steps to align organizational strategy with practical implementation. Through this framework, Artpolis staff gained a deeper understanding of cause-and-effect dynamics and the intricacies of their initiatives.

The workshop also served as a platform for planning and discussing upcoming activities scheduled for September to December 2023.
