On February 29, 2024, a successful audition was held to select young participants for the Theater Club in Shtime, who will be part of the “Theater-Based Education” training for about two months.

This organization is carried out in close collaboration with the Directorate of Culture, the Directorate of Education, the Cultural Center, as well as the Professional High School in Shtime.

Participants of the Theater Club in Shtime will be mentored by actors from the Artpolis Ensemble, Qendresa Kajtazi, and Zhaneta Xhemajli, who will assist them in developing artistic skills, exploring themes, and creating the forum theater play.

These young individuals will have the opportunity to learn about theater, character development, the art of directing, and the magic of acting. Above all, they will learn that theater is not merely a collection of words and movements but a reflection of the human spirit and life’s dilemmas. Theater is a school for thought, for feeling, and for change. After the presentation of the forum theater production, it will empower the audience to engage with the characters, delving deeper into the themes addressed in the performance.

This activity is organized by Artpolis with the support of FRIEDA and the Municipality of Shtime.
