We are excited to share that the Project Steering Committee (PSC) for WAVES – Women’s Artistic Voices for Equality and Solidarity has been officially established on 25 February 2026! This committee will serve as the central hub for strategic decisions, ensuring transparency, shared ownership, and equal voice across all partner organizations.

The PSC brings together a team of dedicated leaders: Venera Ismaili – Artpolis, Anna Shestakova – Art-Playback, Sephora Haymann – Mi-Fugue Mi-Raison, Driada Dervishi – Eja në Teatër, Valdete Idrizi – Gender Equality and Cultural Cooperation Expert, Atdhe Lila – Digital Security and Green Practices Expert.

This team will guide the project’s strategic direction, monitor progress, and ensure quality, accountability, and compliance at every step. Through monthly virtual meetings and bi-annual transnational gatherings, the PSC will keep WAVES on course, supporting women’s artistic voices across Europe.
