For the third consecutive year, Artpolis, with the support of the Council of Europe and as part of the PCDK project, organized the celebration of “European Cultural Heritage Days in Kosovo” 2012.

The activities took place from 18:00 – 21:00 and included:

1. An open exhibition featuring traditional instruments by creator Shaqir Hoti

2. Traditional music with an orchestra

3. Theater performance “The Albanian Virgin”

4. Carnival and presentation of traditional costumes

5. Crafts

6. Film presentations

All activities were held in open squares over five days in the following municipalities:

– September 21: Pristina, City Center, Nënë Tereza Square, 18:00-21:00

– September 22: Skënderaj, Adem Jashari Square, 18:00-21:00

– September 23: Istog, Cultural House, 18:00-21:00

– September 24: Podujevë, In front of the Cultural House, 18:00-21:00

– September 25: Suharekë, City Park, 12:00-16:00
