“Woyzeck” Welcomed with Enthusiasm in Vienna
April 27, 2026

23.03.2026
On March 23, 2026, the Theater Club was established in Lipjan – a creative and educational space aimed at empowering young people through performing arts and social engagement. Under the mentorship of actors Ismail Kasumi and Rabije Kryeziu, this club serves as a vibrant platform where art and education intertwine to foster reflection, expression, and personal development.
Throughout this process, young participants will be involved in all stages of creating a theatrical performance – from developing the idea and building the dramaturgy, to rehearsals, acting, and the final presentation. By focusing on social themes, they will create a performance that reflects societal realities and challenges, transforming theater into a tool for dialogue and awareness.
Beyond the artistic aspect, the Theater Club also aims to cultivate a range of essential life skills for young people. Through teamwork and continuous engagement, participants will develop discipline, time management, critical and creative thinking, communication skills, and public speaking. They will also strengthen collaboration, empathy, problem-solving, self-confidence, and the ability to take responsibility within a collective process.
The Theater Club in Lipjan is a step toward building a new community that is aware, engaged, and capable of articulating its voice through art.
This activity is organized by Artpolis with the support of Frieda and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
