Civil society engagement in the processes of reconciliation and multi-ethnic coexistence

Art and Community Center – Artpolis was part of Kosovo Coalition Reconciliation – KCR’s workshop, held in Prizren on 13th April– 15th April, 2019.

This workshop was the first, as a result of regular coalition meetings. In this workshop were defined the basics and initiatives of the goals and objectives that will push forward the process and the implementation of the project “Transforming conflicting perceptions through increased civic and community engagement in Kosovo”.

The Coalition aims to lobby, advocate and assist multiethnic relations and coexistence in Kosovo. Addressing the past and supporting all human rights, the coalition will contribute to the reconciliation processes for all stakeholders / communities living in Kosovo.

Dialogue, research reports, art and culture are some of the tools that will be used to implement the project.

“Training on dealing with the past programming for KCR” was financed by EU within the project “Transforming conflicting perceptions through increased civic and community engagement in Kosovo” in partnership to Artpolis with Humanitarian Law Center Kosovo – HLCK, Aktiv and Dokumenta.
