For three consecutive days, from December 17th to 19th, 2023, the artistic Ensemble of Artpolis held the training ‘Manual for Theater-Based Education Training,’ during which the final details were finalized for creating a new guide for theater work.

Throughout this training, discussions revolved around incorporating various exercises and working methods that the Artpolis Ensemble will follow.

This guide will serve the artistic engagement of Artpolis in working with young people in the Artpolis Theater Clubs, as well as in the creation of professional theatrical performances.

Eighteen young individuals from the Theater Clubs established in previous years also participated in this training, sharing their experiences, what they learned during the creative process, and the main challenges they faced. Additionally, future plans with the Clubs and the creation of new theatrical performances were discussed.

These young individuals expressed their willingness to continue working with clubs, reprising current shows in other cities in Kosova, as well as creating new performances, including a joint theater performance involving all the clubs.
