On June 8, 2026, the second meeting for the presentation of the findings of the Feasibility Study was held at the Ministry of Education and Science in Prishtina, as part of the project: “Design, Development, and Presentation of a 3-Year Professional Curriculum for the Profiles of Lighting and Sound Technicians in the Formal Education System.”
During the meeting, participants had the opportunity to follow the presentation of the Profession Standard by Besa Luzha and Tomor Kuçi, as well as the Feasibility Study by Zana Hoxha and Berat Bajrami, including the latest updates.
Following the presentations, a comprehensive discussion took place, during which various recommendations were made for improving both the Profession Standard and the Feasibility Study.
On this occasion, the next steps of the working group were discussed. The working group will be tasked with reviewing and integrating the recommendations provided.
Tentative dates were discussed for organizing a workshop to update the Profession Standard and prepare the final documentation.
Furthermore, the commitment of all parties was reaffirmed to ensure that the new 3-year professional curriculum is as high-quality, practical, and aligned with labor market needs as possible.
This initiative is part of the Creative Industries project, financed by the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, which aims to advance the skills and competencies of young women and men by designing, adapting, and introducing pilot courses within the formal education system that address skills gaps in the creative industries.
